Train like me. My current training split tailored for either 5 or 6 days a week for 4 weeks then deload and repeat. Focused on putting on as much muscle mass as possible whilst increasing bench press and growing a well balanced physique. This is my personal plan of which has increased my bench and squat max by a total of over 180kg in the space of a year and a half.
