The plan i used to bench 155kg/341lbs just two weeks into being 17 years old with a predicted 200kg+/397lbs before 18. This plan includes a full plan for increasing bench press whilst growing muscle mass. If followed correctly, this plan is guaranteed to increase your 1rep max. 

This plan consists of 4 training weeks including a mini taper week to increase your bench press by as much and as fast as possible. Automatically calculating your goal weights for each session, you will be training 5 to 6 days a week for 5 weeks total. Used for drastically improving your bench 1rep max, gaining size and strength, peaking for a competition, or breaking through that plateau and creating new 1 rep maxes.
This plan also contains a weight calculator to help you find the correct weight for your sets.
